The Bradley Mansion represents a collaboration between The Holland Companies, and the well respected architectural design firm, Grassi Design Group, both specialists in historic renovation.

Guy Grassi is an award winning architect, educator, and member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The Holland Companies offers a unique combination of services by providing historically sensitive designs, sound re-engineering and quality construction in highly sought-after areas, including the Back Bay, South End and Beacon Hill, with hundreds of residential and commercial projects to its credit. Through their shared vision, much of the property’s period detail has been preserved and meticulously restored. Together, they have created The Bradley Mansion, promising a unique opportunity to live in uncompromising style and comfort new to the Back Bay.

Holland has also chosen to partner with interior architecure and design firm, Klaus Fuchs Incorporated for the careful redesign of the classic Peabody & Stearns designed lobby that will become the centerpiece of The Bradley Mansion residences. Fuchs has been responsible for countless high-end projects, including the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton hotel groups. Finally, Fairfield Design has been chosen to provide finish selections on all of The Bradley Mansion residences. Fairfield specializes in specification of interior finishes and has completed projects in Boston, New York, Palm Springs and Florida.
